Why Custom Print
The Cone Is Your Only Legal Ad Channel.
Cannabis advertising is restricted or banned in most states. You can't run TV ads. You can't billboard in most markets. Digital advertising is limited. The cone — the thing your customer holds in their hand, lights up, and shows to their friends — is one of the few unrestricted brand touchpoints you have.
A branded cone costs the same as a blank cone from us. The only question is whether you want your logo on it or not. At 100K units, custom printing adds $0.005-0.01/unit over blank — and we include it in the price. That's $500-1,000 for 100,000 branded impressions. No other marketing channel comes close to that cost-per-impression.

Is there a setup fee or plate charge?
No. Custom printing is included in the per-unit price. No setup fees, no plate charges, no hidden costs.
How many colors can I print?
Cones support 1-2 color printing. Most brands use single-color for the cleanest look on paper. CR lids support 1-color pad printing or embossing.
Can I print different designs for different strains?
Yes. Each design variant counts as a separate SKU within your order. You can split a 100K order across multiple designs as long as each design meets the volume minimum for production efficiency — typically 25K per design.
What's the turnaround from proof approval to delivery?
4-8 weeks for sea freight after proof approval and deposit. 7-10 days for air express. Proof turnaround is typically 1-2 business days per round.
Can I see a physical sample before ordering?
We can send blank product samples immediately. Custom printed samples require a production run — we typically produce a small proof batch during the production process. The digital proof is highly accurate to final output.
