1. Overview

HIGHER Packaging ("we," "us," "our") is a wholesale cannabis packaging supplier operated by HIGHER MFG LLC, based in Michigan. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at higherpackaging.co and any orders placed through our business.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place orders.

2. Eligibility

Our products are sold exclusively to licensed cannabis businesses, packaging distributors, and authorized wholesale buyers. You represent that you are authorized to purchase wholesale packaging products and that your use of our products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Orders & Pricing

All pricing on this website is for reference purposes and may change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed via quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

Volume pricing tiers are based on quantities of 250,000, 500,000, and 1,000,000+ units. Minimum order quantities vary by product.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 50% due upon shipment. NET 30 terms may be available after a business relationship has been established at higher volume tiers, at our sole discretion.

We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. All amounts are in US dollars.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are quoted separately at cost — we do not mark up freight. Standard factory orders ship via ocean freight (4–8 weeks) or air freight (7–12 business days). Michigan local stock ships within 2–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Defects

Due to the custom nature of wholesale orders, we do not accept returns on non-defective products. If you receive defective or damaged goods, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter through replacement or credit.

7. Compliance Documentation

We provide child-resistant (CR) certification and compliance documentation with every order. This documentation is provided for your reference and operational use. We do not guarantee that any specific product meets the regulatory requirements of your particular state or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that your packaging meets all applicable regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HIGHER MFG LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HIGHER Packaging provides packaging products only. We are not responsible for how products are used after delivery. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
