Compliance
Pre-Roll Packaging Compliance by State
Every tube and jar ships CR-certified with documentation. Most states require opaque, child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging for pre-rolls. Individual CR packaging is required per unit in most markets — you can't just put five loose pre-rolls in a bag.
States with opacity requirements (most of them) need colored PET or glass — not clear. States with plain packaging rules (Maryland, Missouri) need minimal branding. We include state-specific compliance documentation with every order.
